Verulamium Museum is on the site of one of the major cities in Roman Britain, now an attractive park. Inside you will find:

Every second weekend in the month at Verulamium Museum, a Roman soldier will talk about and demonstrate the tactics and equipment of the Roman Imperial Army. Talks commence at 2.30pm on Saturdays and 3.00pm on Sundays.

The Museum has new look shop which has been developed in partnership with the British Museum selling high quality souvenirs and books with affordable pocket money items for children.
