Posted on: 25th May 2016 By: Amy Warner

If you're looking for activities to keep the children occupied and entertained this June half term, there's plenty going on at Verulamium Museum. We thought it might be helpful for parents if we put everything in one place, but you can also find each individual activity listed on our What's On page too.

Saturday 28th May: Meet Queen Boudicca at Verulamium

Sunday 29th May: Free gallery talk on the Iron Age 3-3:30pm

Monday 30th May: Though we don't have any special events on on Bank Holiday Monday (30th May), we will be open all day as normal and have all the usual activity sheets and gallery activities for kids.

Tuesday 31st May: Viking Invaders Holiday Activity at Verulamium (sessions available AM and PM)

Wednesday 1st June: Viking Homes Holiday Activity at Verulamium(sessions available AM and PM)

Thursday 2nd June: Crafty Capers drop in craft activities at Verulamium

Friday 3rd June: Crafty Capers drop in craft activities at Verulamium

Saturday 4th June: Free gallery talk on the life and times of Alban 3-3:30pm

Sunday 5th June: Free gallery talk on the Verulamium Mosaics 3-3:30pm

It's worth remembering when planning a family visit to Verulamium that we are also adjacent to the beautiful Verulamium Park, with it's lake, play area and Splash Park, which make a great addition to your museum visit and a perfect place to have a picnic.

NB. Find out about Verulamium Museum's location and opening hours.
