In this interactive workshop, pupils have the chance to play with toys from over the last 500 years, developing a sense of chronology and looking at how they have changed as technology has developed.

They will also think about and discuss the similarities and differences with the toys we have today, the materials they are made from, and who they are used by. This helps pupils to develop a sense of context and social history around the history of toys.

This is an engaging, active session designed to help develop a deeper historical understanding whilst having lots of fun.

Upper EYFS and Key Stage 1 | 1 hour session | £100 | Up to 32 children
