St Albans Museum + Gallery is show-casing its newest exhibition: Novum Organum Scientiarum: Science in St Albans which opens on Saturday 18th October.

The exhibition celebrates some of the incredible scientists who have lived and worked in St Albans and the surrounding District, from Francis Bacon to Stephen Hawking. It will explore different scientists' work, through four themes: Observation, Theory, Experiments and Results.

Come and explore the exhibition with our friendly Learning Team and find out what is on offer for schools during the course of the exhibition, from school workshops to specialist science events.

Share your ideas for how you might incorporate our science workshops within your topics at school and get the chance to book early to visit with your class.
