I use alcohol inks which are difficult to control but wanted to have a go as sometimes it can reveal different colours than expected.
I would not usually try and do something more detailed but thought would have a go at the challenge. I would have like to have explored more using printed manuscript from F G Kitton's history of the clock tower but time ran out.
The piece reminded me a bit of the Dr Who Tardis and made me think about all the sights and people who have walked through the door historically.
