Discover a new way to enjoy and explore the archeology and history of Verulamium Park on a new digital history trail in Verulamium Park called "Tread the Past".
This is a trial test project that is part of a large plan to digitally interpret the park, and bring its history to life for visitors. Share your thoughts and feedback after you've tried it out
There are eight stops spread through the park, and the whole trail is a 2km circular route which can be started from any of the stops and will take between 30 and 45 minutes to complete. Alternatively, just pick and choose which stops appeal to you - they can be listened to in any order, and you are welcome to mix and match across different park visits.
Each stop is marked with a QR code. Scan and press play on the content. No software or apps needed.
