During the English Civil War St. Albans, with its easy access routes west, north and south, was an important parliamentarian garrison and mustering base for operations against the Royalists.  There were many small skirmishes around St Albans and this wargame depicts one such typical operation.  Royalists have been caught looting a local village and the parliamentarian garrison have sent troops out to see them off.  This game is presented by Black wolf Wargames club and New Model Armies.  Come and roll some dice and find out more about St Albans in the English Civil War.
