Hertfordshire ME/CFS Support Group provide support and information for people living with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and other chronic illnesses such as Fibromyalgia, Long Covid and Post-viral Fatigue Syndromes. They have been working with St Albans Museums for a year as one of our Communities in Residence. To mark the end of their residency, the group will be displaying artworks and installations at St Albans Museum + Gallery throughout May 2024.
We are helping them to acknowledge International ME/CFS Awareness day on 12th May with a full day of free activities for adults and children, including crafts, poetry readings and a chance to speak to members of the Hertfordshire ME/CFS Support Group about their experiences and how you can get involved.
