Every day activities included with entry:
- Dress up as a Roman (or Iron Age) Briton
- Giant mosaic jigsaw
- Create your own mosaic
- Handle genuine Roman objects on the handling trolley
For Hertfordshire families who receive free school meals you can apply for the Herts Card for £1 entry to Verulamium Museum (and many other Hertfordshire attractions) during school holidays.
At both museums you can pick up trails, try artefact handling and dressing up and for younger visitors there are explorer buckets.
