I walk by the door most days - I have lived in St Albans for 14 years and my children have grown up here, so we have had quite a few photos of the kids in front of the door and enjoyed climbing to the top of the tower too.
I am an illustrator working with a special interest in children's publishing and wildlife art. I work in a few styles, but prefer to work digitally for print, and produce all my work in a digital illustration package.
Perhaps inspired by my cheeky children, I wanted to create an image with a little narrative and to add a character - this mischievous pigeon is bound to flout the rule displayed and we all know they can commit some nuisance around St Peter's Street on a day to day basis!
