Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for collections, culture and art? We look for dynamic and passionate people to be part of our Museums team.
We are looking for an ambitious and experienced individual to lead fundraising and development activity across our museums.
A strategic thinker and motivated self‑starter, you will be empowered to review and analyse recent fundraising audits and prospect research, translating these into clear, achievable fundraising strategies. You will be responsible for delivering these strategies and embedding a sustainable approach to income generation.
Working closely with the Museums Management Team, colleagues across the service, and the St Albans Museums and Galleries Trust, you will develop and deliver tailored fundraising activity. This will include onsite donations, applications to trusts and foundations, and building relationships with corporate sponsors and private donors.
Apply by 1 June 2026.
