Visitor Services Team Leader

Permanent, full-time contract, £25,408 to £27,608 per year.
You'll support our Visitor Services Manager in the effective and safe operation of the front of house service at the museum sites, including St Albans Museum + Gallery and Verulamium Museum. Previous experience of working within a customer services environment is essential.
We particularly welcome applications from candidates that are under-represented in the museums and heritage sector, including black and minority ethnic candidates, candidates from diverse socio-economic backgrounds, and/or candidates with disability.
